We collect and process personal data in a number of ways:

  • To draft and execute contracts and provide our services related to football analytics.
  • To manage client relationships, including carrying out activities aimed at increasing the customer base.
  • To communicate with our clients about the use of our services or any changes in our terms and conditions
  • To conduct an occasional survey or get input for a specific research
  • To provide customer support

When you fill in a contact form on our website or send us an e-mail with a request, the data you have sent us will be stored as long as it is needed to completely answer your question or fulfil your request.



Remiqz offers a newsletter to inform readers on football analytics news, recent analysis, our products, product updates and other related topics. Next to that, Remiqz occasionally sends promotional e-mailings with offers and promotions. Your e-mail address will only be added to either of the two subscription lists with your explicit consent.

Every newsletter or promotional e-mail will contain an unsubscribe link. Both subscription lists will not be shared with third parties.

We use MailChimp as our e-mail marketing platform. The information you provide when you subscribe to our newsletter and/or promotional e-mailings will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms. We have entered into a data processing agreement with MailChimp.



We collect general data about website visits. In this context, in particular the following information can be registered: the IP address, the possible username, the time of the request and the information that the browser of a visitor sends. This information is used to make a statistical analysis of visitor and click behaviour on the website. We also use the information to improve the functionality of our website.  We try to anonymize these data as much as possible. This information is not provided to third parties.



We use Google Analytics to keep track of how users use our website and our app. Google uses this information to analyze how our website/app is being used, to provide reports about our website/app to us and to inform her advertisers about the effectiveness of their campaigns.

The information we obtain is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.  To this end, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Google. The data is processed anonymously (the last four numbers of your IP address are anonymized) and ‘data sharing’ with Google is disabled. We also do not make use of Google Analytics cookies in combination with other Google products.

With our electronic services we may uses cookies. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages from this website and stored by your browser on the hard disk of your computer. We may use Flash Local Storage Objects (“Flash LSOs”) to store your Website preferences and to personalize your visit. Flash LSOs are different from browser cookies because of the amount and type of data stored. Typically, you cannot control, delete, or disable the acceptance of Flash LSOs through your web browser. Remiqz does not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners for the purposes outlined above.



If you have a relationship with our company, you have the opportunity, after written request, to view your personal details. In case the overview provided by us contains inaccuracies, you can send us a written request to change or remove the data.
